Vanilla Cheesecake Bomb with Mixed Berry Compote and Chocolate Striped Straw

GF = Gluten Free

DF = Dairy Free

CHEF OTHER NOTES--
**All is gluten free.  Only the cheesecake has dairy.  There is a graham cracker crust also on the cheesecake, which they will make some without for GF desert.  For the dairy free dessert we usually do a nice fruit plate.

We use canola and olive oil for cooking, larger plated events we stay away from butter at all for DF purposes, we stay away from thickeners but if we do use them they are always GF (ie no flour).
